1. Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@stylotrading.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s). Please include your RMA number inside the return package. Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted. 3. Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
